Persons that regularly enjoy tea are usually also "connoisseurs", who make high demands on quality and expect a product that is presented in an attractive manner. And here a detailed and well-presented tea menu advertises the expertise and competence of the restaurateur.

The tea menu must offer the guest a quick overview of the offered varieties, so that he can select his favourite tea.

As minimum information the guest must be able to expect the usual trade descriptions according to the type of tea (black, green, herbal or fruit tea), the size of the portion and the price.

Such a tea menu will be more informative and make a more competent impression, when additional information is also contained, for instance about the origin, the colour of the tea and perhaps the corresponding mixture. A good tea menu should also contain a description of the tealeaf taste, an indication of whether the tea has a calming or a stimulating effect, while possible health aspects and the recommended infusion time should not be missing.

Depending on the available space, a good tea menu can also the upgraded with a summary and easily understandable product history.
