Annemarie Leniger

Managing Director
Responsible for: Marketing, Tea Purchasing, Quality Assurance, Research and Development (Sustainability)

CV: She has been with OTG since 2009. The business administration graduate from East Westphalia-Lippe has always been an enthusiastic tea drinker. Thus, it is somewhat surprising that her first job led her to coffee. Her career started at Tchibo, followed by positions at Mars, Kraft Foods and Nordmilk (today DMK) before she finally joined OTG’s management in 2009.

“Running a 150-year-old company is like steering a tanker: sometimes you have to move more slowly, and at other times more quickly. Regardless, to maintain long-term success, you must continually prove yourself – an exciting challenge.”
